Title: The Third iteration.

okay, you may remember these two:

well, here's the third i've drawn up. inspired somewhat by the dawning prospect of getting Half-life 2. :p

His torso and head are a lot smaller than his legs however it's a really nice start - good job :nod:

Looks good, but I've come to expect that from you :nod:. Not much more to say until I see some pretty colours though.

Out of curiosity, have you ever tried different angles? Almost all the character pics you draw seem to have the same basic structure, or at least, you always seem to put the "camera" in the same place. You could get some interesting shots by looking down from above for instance.

you know i always did like you pencil sketches better to your final inkings, but i guess thats cause its more like my own drawing style. Saying that, this one looks most excelent indeed :nod:

BTW, im still waiting for the 3rd version of my angel :D

thats a bigass gun. the Redeemer.

The way his left arm is positioned, and the way his belt looks, it seems like his left arm is bent downwards and holding the gun in the same place as the right arm.

what I would do, is put a think line in whatever colour the background is, around his left elbow, yes - over the actual drawing. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this all that well. :D:D

for some reason, his shoulders look a tad small. That might be why kaz thought it looked like a girl...the shoulders appear to be smaller than the hips...

Well, since I designed it, I suppose I should field that question. The HLP logo represents... the Hardness of Light... and embodies the Produce of Hardy Lights... without any of the Lightness of a Production... or for that matter the Product of Hard...ness.
