Well...I don't like re-writing things, so here:

Interesting.  So research items are postulated in the forum and everyone discusses whether to allow it?

When will the way turns work be figured out?

If you mean for battle:
as soon as I get enough people together to test it out

If you mean for regular stuff:
That _should_ already be worked out with 1 turn per day.

Ugh... a forum game without story = boring. It just results in godly amounts of number crunching. Nah, not for me.
