Title: Best record?
Post by: pyro-manic on June 04, 2004, 03:35:04 pm
OK, this is open to anyone with "alternative" tastes in music, i.e. not ****ty pop or mainstream dance music:

What is (are) the best record(s) you've bought in the last year?

Mine (in no particular order):

Dance of Death - Iron Maiden
Probot
Mit Gas - Tomahawk
Blue Lines - Massive Attack

"Acquired" is fine - I don't "acquire" music myself (just progs and movies), but yeah... :D

I buy albums, not singles. But I'd have to say I've been listening to Chemical Brothers a lot more than any other band lately.
