doesn't the D&D chimera look sort of like a lion instead of a fish? I know the 'real' one had a lion head, a goat head, and a snake for a tail.

LOL Yep, but it's nice to say they caught a Chimera swimming off the shores of Brazil ;)

If you ignore the fantasy one, a chimaera is also a very real kind of fish , means something out of ones imagination, or is the cross between two animals of different kind, more generally ;)

So is this little thing dangerous or harmless? It looks cute :) It does look lke a rat from the sea.
