If you want an honest opinion, the text down the left (the nav menu) is hard to read as it fades into black text on a black background.

Also the green border around the main content text of the page looks a tad wrong somehow.

Other than that though, very nice. Good background use, functional look... nothing else wrong with it. Good job :)
