Title: Derelict Cypher

I derelict i have tried everything i can to make the Cypher work, but whatever happens it doesn't.  I personally think its just trying to p155 me off, but i realise there is a small chance of a fault.

CAN ANYONE HELP????

Did you but derelicts Ship.tbl and Star.Tbl to Table Folder??

do you have any other mod installed?

Be more specific - how doesn't it work?

Like kietotheworld said, you need to have the .tbl files too.

The Derelict i downloaded didn't have any tbls with it. Just a FSO pack, which i've no idea what it is.

PS. EXPLANATION FOR NAME: My 1st name is kieran so i used the 1st 3 letters in that for "kie-" then i used "to the world" as in Key to the city .   .

I suspect you've somehow gotten hold of the Executable version without the tables that go along with it.

Try this instead

Put the Derelict VP into Derelict/data if you are using FSO.
For normal FreeSpace, simply put the .vp into the root FS folder.

First of all let me thank everyone who has tried to help me and tell them that i downloaded the proper version from VolitionWatch (hope i'm allowed to say that on HLP) and the Cypher works now thanx :-)
