If you're an American (Or anyone NOT on the Axis of Evil!!!) You should be celebrating today!!1
Today's the day you get to celebrate the birth of America by blowing up small pieces of it. I hope you guys have more fun than I do, my city took Fourth of July away from me. :doubt:
-
Have a good one.
-

Coincidences exist. If there weren't coincidences, life would be boring.

*slaps forehead & bangs head on table*

Pffft..
Canada Day was on the 1st. You didnt hear us going on about it did you?
-
That's because Canada hasn't forced it's will on it's neighbors. Try it, and we'll be celebrating Canada Day! :p
Stupid NY Outlawing Fireworks...
...But Pennsylvania allows them... Hm...
-
It's raining here...no partying on the Mall. :(
-
So, when do the aliens get here?
-
You are late an0n... they were already blown up over Area 51 in the early hours of the morning. Will Smith is still in orbit, however. :)
-
Suggestion: Don't mess with an0n.

Top: He doesn't have MOD powers over here. Unless you start using his image uploader right after offending him, there is but a slight chance of finding gay-porn in your posts. (That was you, wasn't it?)
-
What? Gay-porn in my posts? Where?
-
So these are your everyday discussion posts? This will be very interesting...
-
I vaguely remember some thread in the Art forum that got closed, because of someone first pissing an0n off, then using his image upload service for something in that thread. An0n noticed and replaced the images with homosexual pornography. Big mess, thread closed, images removed, user in question nearly banned, an0n nearly banned, nothing permanent. Long time ago though.

Not really, day-to-day discussions are more oriented to politics, religion and Vegemite vs Marmite. (Stay away from the latter, those get real ugly real quick.)

I have more than 3000 posts and you state this after reading a single one? Read at least 50 of them in different threads, different forums and take the conclusion only after doing so.

What actually happened was Rictor was being a dick, then using my server to host his images. So someone, not me, replaced his stuff with hard-core, scat-fetish, gay-porn. Then I replaced it with a photo of two men ****ing and PS'd in an orange camera-esque timestamp that mentioned Styxx because at the time I believe Rictor to be one of Styxx's alt-nicks designed to bait trolls.
I have since come to believe that Rictor is, infact, his own kind of stupid.
-
MARMITE!!!!!!!
:nervous: What?
-
Oh, it was Rictor, not TopAce.
My bad, sorry.
-
I replaced THIS (http://www.fattonys.com/images/Upload/uxcap.jpg) with THIS (http://www.fattonys.com/images/Upload/ucap1.jpg).
WARNING: Latter link is NSFW/NSFC

NSFC?

Not Safe For Children.
There should probably be a VGSHTC warning too. (Violating GameSpy Hosting Terms and Conditions)

Was that the one that (wasn't) me?
:nervous:

That's because Canadians seem to have gotten their freedom without doing much, it just kind of happened.(if I'm wrong enlighten me)
American's like setting off large explosions to celebrate important stuff, we got that from the Chinese, I think.

The canadians got their freedom by asking politely for it. Much more civilised than that nasty business that went on south of the border :)
Personally I reckon that give the Canadians more to celebrate. :)
-
Heh, we have an ID but we just have the Queen wave at the crowd and have a big market... Nothing special.

For a long time America wanted to stay under British rule. However Parliment and the king wouldn't let up on the taxing and kept over stepping their bounds. IIRC Parliment originally no control over the colonies. They weren't even mentioned in the Charters, only the king, and IIRC he wasn't mentioned in all of them (private charters). Now the colonists reasoned that since Parliment wasn't mentioned and that they had no representation in Parliment, that Parliment had no right to tax them and make outlandish laws concerning trade.
The Brits prolly didn't want or couldn't pay for another war with a colony. You insult me by that statment. Read your history for once.
:ha:

Pay for, yes. Gain anything from? No. It was better to let the colonies that were strong enough break away and then trade with us as part of the Commonwealth with loyalty to the King/Queen. Was rather useful during two world wars ;)
Ah, modularisation - country scale!

I know my history but I'd like to introduce you to this concept called humour. Someone appears to have surgically removed yours.

Well, I'm sorry that I didn't pick it up. It not that easy to tell if someone's joking or being serious when they're talking about the US.
-
Well you don't help much, do you? :p
-
Ok let's face it....the 4th is all about civillian's getting a chance to blow sh!t up.
Then there's my favorite....the 5th of July,...when you get to hear the news accounts of random acts of stupidity with fireworks
ie.
Man thinks a half-inch think sparkler looks fun to grab ahold of,..while bunring,...has hand and fingers fused together.
Man thinks bottle rocket is a dud when it fails to 'whizz' off into the air. While holding near his ear to listen,..it takes his ear lobe off.
So the honest truth of fireworks,... Job Security of the Medical Profession ;)
-
That's right. If there's one thing I've learned in my life, it's that explosions build economies, people.
