Can we have a SEXP that sets the selected ship as tagged? All the features of it being tagged too (color, beam effect), just not having to hit it with a missile... Should take 2 arguments, 1: Ship, 2: Duration in seconds (set 0 for indefinate)... Possible? It would be most usefull to FSCZ... :nervous:

Oh, and also, a set-ship-untagged to remove the effect?

or set-ship-state, with a third argument as a boolean (true/false), but I guess that would clutter up the sexp-tree somewhat.

ship-tag and ship-untag will do it... they can be pretty much copied from the ship-visible/ship-invisible sexps.

Did this get implicated? I'm hoping it did, but it would need both a new build, and a FRED build...
