I have been addicted to FS2 ever since I downloaded the demo from the website but I can't find the game for less than $80!  I'm not that rich and I want to buy it.  Where can I buy it?!?!?!

you can download the game for free from underdogs.com isn't that something :). but i warn you, you have to have a fast conn.

Don't know where you can buy it but take a good look at the HotU page of my FAQ if you do download it for something that might interest you :)

You can purchase FS2 from two merchants at this site http://www.schoolpop.com  you have to type this in the search box exactly   Freespace 2    

Theri prices are $15.99 and $29.99 (plus shipping)

You can, however, grab the HOTU FS2 and the FS1 port - it's not quite the same, but it's close.

They can't but considering that Interplay is probably working out of a Cardboard box who's going to stop them?

You can't get Freespace without paying, but you can download the Port http://dynamic4.gamespy.com/~freespace/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=39
which, takes Fs1 and Silent threat and put it in Freespace 2 :)

That and in the license it says something about being able to make copies.
