Title: launcher error on -radar_reduce

This flag takes a numeric argument - how far you want to max range to be

ie -radar_reduce 40000 for 40K

Is it already fully implemented ? I thought you said something,
that you still working on it.

With this flag, I can test my missions in a more realistic way until
autopilot is finished.

Just tested it. Correct me, If I'm mistaken, but as I remember the
first version you provided us some month ago has not only the
ability, to not display blips on the radar for objects "out of
range", but it also not allowed target them.

This version does not show them on the radar, but I can still
target objects out of the radar-range.

I'm not very sure, but is it so ? Of course I can make the objects
simply untargetable, but this will result in a lot of events , and
so I will run into the SEXP-limits again. I'm always very close to it.

Sorry, but I need to hazzle you again. :)

When starting the game with this flag, and set the radar-range (ingame) to infinite, the radar show nothing
anymore. When I switch back to a range with 10K, than the radar is working again

These are my command-line parameter :

D:\freespace2\fs2_open_3_6.exe -glow -jpgtga -radar_reduce -fps  -ambient_factor 100 -radar_reduce 30000

Are you able to fix that ?

Checked it again with another (new) mission, I must confirm
this "bug". Of course it could be related to only my machine.

Some Specs:

P2,0 Ghz, 512 MB RAM,
W98Se, GF4 TI 4200
