well i dunno how the hlp guys go about "nominating" or voting in new staff members, however though unofficial, kazan is like apart of the hkp staff in a way.... with the additions he's added to the scp and multiplayer aspects, as well as begining to design his own game engine... maybe to a degree that could be "discussed" amongst the higher echylon of the powers that be in hlp... if persay they had a poll going, "vote for kazan to be a part of the administration", i think u would not find it hard for ALOT of support from the community...
hell to a degree selfishly i might add, i feel u even (gulp do not bann me) deserve to be up there... i think they should add a new admin, i think sandwich was the last dude they added, and it was kinda cool.... maybe they should allow a civvy vote in the forums...

Kazan has... issues...
Anyway, he's moderator of Ferrium. Go there if you want to see his moderator sk1llz. ;)

You said it, I didn't. ;)

posting this here, is not likely to make me think you should have access, that being said, you probably should. Call it oversight and next time PM me ;)

Respectfully, no. HLP has never been a democracy - it is a benevolent dictatorship. That is how we have clear direction in the leadership and get things done. While I'm sure it can be done in a few exceptional places, democracy is not the way to run a community like ours. :)
