I have already exported the one that is shown in the game credits but I was wondering if there is any other concept art for this ship.

Dun' think there was any public for the Hecate. Any other than the credits that is.

I am thinking that I might try to do something for the Hecate model after I get my software issues resolved. Oh well.

Just because there's no concept art, doesn;t mean you can't high polify the model. The high poly Deimos for example steps away from canon a fair bit, while still maintaining the feel of the ship. In fact, all the high poly models so far have, in one way or another, detracted from Vs original designs. As long as the changes make sense, are well implemented and above all look good, you'll have no problems.

I’m not going to give up on it. I will try to do something when I get my software problems resolved. Speaking of which if anybody has UT2004 could you please send me the plugins for Maya 5 PLE I would greatly appreciate it. Also would any one complain if I removed the “wings” on the back engines?

Errrr... probably. The rear wings are a defining part of the shape after all, if we're thinking of the same thing. Eliminating them would mess with the way it feels as the hecate. Bobs deimos is a good example of how you can change things without a map to work off (as in Karmas fenris) without messing with the way the ship feels.

The “wings” I am thinking about are those gray things that are somewhat connected to the sides of the back engines. IIRC you launch off of one in the first nebula mission. I will probably to 2 versions, one with the wings and one with out.
