At least I think it's minor. Could you remove the little warning you always get whenever the player is not starting in Alpha? :)
-
Personally, I'm of the opinion that all warnings should be left in there - sure, it's annoying, but you never know when something like that will do what it's supposed to and catch a mistake.
-
I think they should carry a tickbox to allow you to turn them off forever.
Best of both worlds :D
Personally I agree with Black Wolf on this one but some wouldn't.
-
IIRC, there is a FRED command line tag in at least the latest FRED_Open build (by WMCoolmon from last month) that disables the warnings. Its like -frednowarn or something like that. Personally, I think that FRED should be included in the launcher, so that all of these flags are made aware to the user.
Later!

It was by Kazan, actually, and it's in the wiki's Command line reference.
-
That warning should have been disabled anyway. Maybe it was put back in.
-
BTW: Where is the latest stable version of FRED?
-
Look in the Inferno build or Fred 'n FS build threads of the Recent SCP builds forum.
No FRED version is particularly stable but I think the second one will be more stable than the first.
Maybe.

I've never, ever had a crash with my version of FRED, except when I've run out of memory. That said, it is a kind of old one, and updating it did lead to crashes, so I had to change back. Still, w00t me :)
