Title: FS2 and Kali

For some time now, I've been trying to get Jay Cotton, the owner of the Kali game browser, to add support for Freespace 2.  He has been working on it, but I think he could use some help.  The thread in the Kali forums is located here (http://www.kali.net/bbs/cgi-bin/YaBB/YaBB.pl?board=support;action=display;num=1088399293). Would it be possible for some of you to post some more in-depth information that Jay would find useful?  I understand that the SCP has released a PXO update, and I wasn't sure if this would affect possible Kali support.  Thanks for all your help!

(Suzanna originally came to the Descent Bulletin Board looking for information, and this gave me the idea for getting FS2 added to Kali, so that the FS2 community would have another place to find games.)

Actually... Kali already supports FS1, or at least it did a good many years ago.

I distinctly remember seeing the name "Freespace" in my availble games list many times, but, I never knew what game it was.  Plus, it never worked.  But one day, I saw someone else trying to start up a game of FS1, so I joined and asked him what this game was, his reply was "This game is awesome!" ... and that's all he said.

So yeah... whatever.
