You know, those silly little things game devs hide their games, like the Volition Bravos.
Know any good ones?
Giddyup...

There was a cheat code in Baldur's Gate activated by the words "The Great Gonzo". Summoned up rabid chickens. Also, the infamous cow-kill spell in BG, and the Cows from Hell spell in NWN.
-
Let us not forget the Commander Keens in Doom 2, John Romero's head in same, the Rave Gun from Battlezone (not hard to find), the dinosaurs in C&C, the giant ants in Red Alert.......the list goes on! :D
-
The Cow Level in Diablo 2!
Mooo!! Mooooo!!! MOOOOO!!!!
;) hehehehehe
-
Raven Gun all time best :)
-
The chicken gun in Dungeon Siege...... ;)
-
Half of Duke Nukem 3d :D
-
Dinosaurs in C&C?! :wtf:
-
And ants in Red Alert... can't forget them.

Yeah, there's a handful of dinosaur sprites in C&C, as well as a cutscene, but there's no mission nor tbl that come with them.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Volition Bravos from FS2 apart from Thorn :D
-
Ahem, 3D Mark 2001, create a project titled Holy Cow! and play the demo game... heh
-
Why be repetitive?
Bungie is pretty good with Easter Eggs too. IIRC, the entire Marathon series had some pretty good ones. I particularly like the smily faces on the rockets. Halos got some hard to spot ones though, like the hippo on shotgun ammo

Hostile waters: Type in the cheat and get a guy singing the 'offical theme tune'. Tres funny. :)

-
Tachyon: The Fringe had some really good ones, with good ol' Bruce Campbell saying some hilarious stuff. Like when you put on the cheat mode, he pritty much tears you apart for a minute explaining why you suck now for trying to cheat the game. :D
-
I foud the ' Flying Cows and Supermen' in AoE pretty damned funny :p
And ofcourse the hilarious comments of the WCIII units when clicking them often enough :p
-
I thought it was funny that the rockets in HALO were called SPNKr's... like "You just got Spanked"
-
Let us not forget the unit sounds in Starcraft
"Can I interest you in propane?"
and so on

They were great. So much selecting, so much fun. I'm suprised they bothered making 8 different 'selection sounds' for the zerg units... and the local wildlife (ragnasuars etc). Most of them just made some sort of roar or growl, but they were all different.

It's a blizzard tradition that they've been doing with their RTS games since Warcraft 1 came out. I think they even included something similar in The Lost Vikings years ago.
-
I remember the wild animals exploding if you clicked on them a lot in Warcraft 1 and 2... was this in 3 as well?
-
Anyone ever play the old game "Torin's Passage," produced by Sierra? It was a cartoonish strategy game, somewhat like Myst for kids. Anyway, the game contained a lot of joke death messages every time you did something stupid and died :p. In the very last scene of the game, you had a choice of using either a book of magic or a set of bagpipes on an evil sorceress. If you chose the bagpipes, you were swiftly fried :P. You were then treated to a long Easter Egg death message by the game's developer, Al Lowe, making fun of you for choosing the bagpipes :p. I first played that game 7 or 8 years ago, but that scene is still funny.

I don't know but many old games had easter eggs, from space quest and leisure suit larry. but the game was good without them. I like everytime u died in Space quest it would say something funny.

Click on the starcraft wildlife about 20 times and they detonate with the same effect as a nuclear strike.

WarCraft 2 had the best ones, like the foot man, "Are you STILL touching me?!", "Don't you have a kingdom to run?!" bwhaha!
The cows in Diablo2 were just bloody scary - I remember when I first got in there (Stupid Horadric cube!). All these cows walking around on two legs carrying halberds going Moo! Moo moo moo MOO! Moo MOO!
I nearlly pissed myself laughing...
... until they got where I was standing... yeeooowwwch that was just horrifically brutal! My poor paladin looked like ground beef after they finished with him!!

In Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis there is a puzzle that involves using a torch and a death mask to scare someone during a seance.
However if you decide to try things out before the seance starts Indy puts on a shadow puppet show. I nearly fell off my chair laughing cause I wasn't expecting it at all. :D

How about Max that showed up in just about every Lucas Arts PC game after Sam and Max? In HALO, there are a lot actually. Most of them make no sense, like the numbers on the Scorpions front being someones birthday and a blood splatter spelling out someones name, but their there nonetheless.
I'm sure that everyone knows this one, but in WC3 there is the battle at the end of the credits betweem some Marines and Zerglings. Also, in one of the missions, a Dark Elf one IIRC, there is a Hydralisk that you can take control over.
