****ing outlook express is driving me nuts.  I want to ban ips so bad.

I use Outlook Myself, not Outlook Express. (The Office Version). Cant ban IP's but can filter emails much better i find.

I use Gmail works fine of course it's still beta so not everyone gets it.......

Thunderbird or Mozilla Mail - they both have excellent Bayesian junk filters.

Another vote for Mozilla Mail here. :)

No spam gets past my anal retentive filters. :D (which has yet to eat any legit e-mail as of yet *knocks on wood*)

Yeah, to be honest I'm thinking of moving to it myself. My brother keeps on talking about how Firefox kicks ass, keeps stealing my bandwidth while I'm not looking to download new Firefox builds... I get the hint. :lol:

Which is bloated like you wouldn't believe.  Same with yahoo.  If you want web-based e-mail, then I suggest you wait for gmail.  Its FAR superior in every way to hotmail and yahoo. :)
