[color=66ff00]some of you may remember the program 'Backorifice'. It was a RAT (remote administration tool) that was widely used by script kiddies, anyhow: WTF?!? (//douglas.min.net/mirrors/altern.org/bo2kfun/best.html)

It's not photoshopped, someone used a back-door administrative tool to make the message pop up on his screen and captured the reaction on his Webcam iirc. They were most likely piggy-backing the conversation.
