There is a 'taylor and I fixed FRED' thread somewhere here. Do a search.

[EDIT] Here (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,25742.0.html) it is. Make a backup copy of your old version, this one is quite weird.

this FRED is even worst than my old verion.

The version included in this build (http://fs2source.warpcore.org/exes/latest/C06172004.zip) was the last release before the above.  It's a little more useable but still has the object elevation line and waypoint position rendering bugs.  It also doesn't display dds textures.
