where do you think the season is headed? How is everything going to tie in together.

They're going to fight Anubis, Oma and the Ancients in a battle that will tie in hundreds of loose ends in the space of two episodes: The fabled mid-season finale.

We'll witness 45 minutes of pure TV legend, then be forced to wait another 3 months before they start airing the second half of the season and the second part of the story.

Anubis'll end up returning... Probably something with the replicators coming around to us as well, and for some reason the Asgard and their new uber anti-replicator weapon won't be able to help us... Then the NID will show up and screw something up...

And the atlantis people come back (or think they come back) to earth?

There's an ep (this week IIRC) called 'Home' where the Atlantis crew comes home for a while. :)

no they don't it's some sort of trap, anyway that would be fun, "wait a sec... you did WHAT!?! we... we just got rid of the goa'uld and you have to bring our exsistance to the atention of ANOTHER anchent evil from beond the stars!? why the hell did we send you out there again?"
