Title: possible to target missles?

Is it possible to target missles?  Like how bombs are targeted?  

I want to make the AAAf go after bombs and missles...  Can it be done?

Yeesh, I just had this horrid image of a bunch of capships trying to knock out a load of hornet swarms with AAA-beams...!

You can add the "bomb" tag to missiles, but you'll have to hit the B key a lot to hit them.

will the cap ship target them?  I dont remember if they target bombs or not...

yes, they will target them.
