Is there a list of all the bonus objectives for each mission in the main FS2 campaign?

I very much doubt it. I think the FS2 ref guide shows all the medals. Not sure why you'd need that info though...

SM1-02 - Destroy all cargo
SM1-09 - Destroy all sentry guns and protect all freighters/gas transporters
SM3-01 - Destroy Sathanas' turret 51 (back beam turret I assume)

Weird, I thought there would be much more...

Check the MakeItSimple guide (http://www.makeitsimple.com/gaming/game_guides/free_space2/) for a full list of objectives for every mission.

And shame on you, Ghostavo, for forgetting about scanning the Hinton.
