In the first nebular mission of the main FS 2 campaign, as soon as I get into the cockpit, all of the ships start to flash all kinds of colours, like a disco. If it helps, I could give a screenshot if I'm told where to upload it.
I have all features turned on (In easy setup), except for radar_reduce, and I'm using Windows 98.

That's so funny...could we make that bug a command-line feature? Awesome.
The only thing that comes to mind is texture-corruption...
-
wich build are you useing?
-
I'm betting this has somthing to do with environment mapping.
-
Something very similair has happened to me once or twice. It was very strange.
-
I'm using build 3.6.
-
Definately not the -env code then. That only appeared later.
-
trippy. why change it?:D
-
This would go really well with "Just Another Day" :p
-
Well, I wouldn't mind so much if it didn't flash. It hurt me... in the BRAIN!

Indeed, all I need is now is a Giant Disco Ball. ;)
-
/me turns up the music.
Seriously, flashy coloury things should be avoided if possible.....
-
Or turned into command line options...
-
that's a sweet effect, even if it does strobe and hurt the brain. just a question, what's your Graphics card and driver version?
-
"It's not a bug, it's a feature!"
Or at least everyone is acting as such
(sorry, nothing constructive here)
-
Had that effect happen in the disco iceni mission just another day campaign , was crazy i had the latest build by goober5000 i had all features in launcher turned on , with all experimental features turned on.
Got crazy disco lighting effects on all the ships. and all the missions in campaign , so far

My thoughts exactly. Wouldn't this be the coolest thing ever if we get it to work on command?
