Would it be possible to specify the direction a rotating object, um, rotates ?
Obviously this wouldn't apply to turrets, but could add some nice touches when ships dock etc etc.
I was thinkin' may a sexp or some form of table entry ?
-
Yeah, you can rotate on the X, Y, or Z axes, clockwise or counter-clockwise. What more could you want?
HINT: If you want it to go the other way, just put in a negative value for the rotation.
-
I'm not sure you can reverse them in-mission though, if that's what you're asking.
-
I was thinkin' of using the SCP rotation SEXPs and some other trickery.
Closest thing we have to animation.

So that's who you were. You're abandoning your 1600 posts to take on a new name?

yeah, it's been gettin' on my tits for a while now.
actually I like the Apollo tag. Maybe I'll start a new account everytime I progress to Myrmidon.
