"New"... :D
Anyway, that's not a planet which ground you see. Its a low gravity planetoid or something as weird, ask IP if it bothers...

Well the punters haven't seen them. Do we have any punters left?
-
Not really
Well it is nice IP... Cammo rulez :)
-
Wow! It's cool!
-
Woah....we're back in business....goodie
-
Punters... I don't get it. Is it a british joke or what? :nervous:
-
Woah looks good :)
-
is that a real planet?
I'm experimenting with that in starshatter, loading a FULL planet into the game as amodel
I started off with a modular 50,000 poly planet, as you can imagin, there were some um..... issues? lol
-
A real planet? Well it's a real bumpy square of about 20 x 20km and 7k polys.
-
what's the Valkyrie from ? I haven't seen it before.
-
It was seen briefly in episode "GROPOS" if my memory serves.
-
There are some more pictures here of the Valkyrie, from Agents of Gaming's B5 ground combat game (GROPOS)

Cool lookin screenies. :yess:
-
GROPOS is a new ground battle game scheduled to appear in May, 2001.
o.O
where is it then?
and cool photos/renders/screenies/whatever-they-are
-
Probably went the same route ITF did.
-
Well, that's the _old_ GROPOS page which came out before the game did but had better pictures so that's is the link I gave ya. Here's the stocklist:
http://www.agentsofgaming.com/b5wstock.htm#gropos ("http://www.agentsofgaming.com/b5wstock.htm#gropos")
But AoG went out of business of course, so not even the main Centauri army book was released. Bruce, one of the former owners of AoG is still seeling some B5Wars + other stock from here: http://b5wars.net ("http://b5wars.net") (check out the general forum, under "would anyone buy miniatures") I think he still has some gropos, or else you could also check out eBay.
I know someone was also making a B5 convesion for Dirtside II, which is a ground combat game available as a free download from Ground Zero Games ("http://www.gzg.com/")
I dunno, GROPOS was a pretty fun game, I have all the books and couple of companies for Minbari + Earth Alliance. I played a few games, but unfortunately not too many as my main opponents now lives elsewhere and is rarely in for a game.
-
I happen to think AoG's ground based (and ground attack) stuff is amongst the best stuff they did.
-
Hmmm, my thrusters look awesome in those pics...
BTW I updated both the red and yellow thrusters so give a holler if you want them.
-
If they're better than older ones, then sure.
-
