:( I for one will miss his way of saying 'demonstration' He was old school, and would probably not have got a presenting job today, but he was great - fearless and enthusiastic about everything, and 10X more entertaining than some presenters now.  Some of the places he worked were just heart-stopping - cathedral spires, huge chimneys etc. but the best stuff, before he became a full-time presenter, was the demolition work, you could see he loved the job, and always got close to the action - sometimes too close, and he'd be running from the flying bricks...

Anyways, RIP Fred, hope you get to blow stuff up in your next life. :D
