I'm trying to make some music. I have Fruityloops 4.1, but I want some better effects/sounds/whatever you want to call them.
Anyone know where I'd go about getting some?
-
loops, and are you willing to pay for them?
if so, check here http://mediasoftware.sonypictures.com/loop_libraries/default.asp
I'll try to dig around and see what I can find.
-
Paying = big no no.
-
so, what type of music loops are you looking for? techo, rock, what?
-
Techno, Rock, and Drums.
-
Garageband....oh wait, mac only...
-
here you go chief, best I could find.
http://isohunt.com/torrents.php?ihq=loops&ext=&op=and
You have some rock loops in there, a bit of Jazz, as well as what appears to be an all purpose loops CD (third down from the top)
you might also want to check out the sixth one from the top, it looks promising and its only like a hundred megs.

nice old program, been making beats with it for years, alot of the samples ive used, have been from CD's ive gotten from music class back in HS... alot of guitar, instrumentals, base, drums, bass, etc.... i use to make sick music with it, but ive fallen off already. theres alot of frooty loop resources online, many off of google.
only prob is samples are hard to come by these days, its better to just buy a cd with thousands of samplers on it for like 5 bucks...
