Nice. I need a new stick - my Cyborg 3D is knackered. How much for this thing?

You know we're seeing a metamorphosis of civilization when joysticks for computer games are more advanced than the ones in real planes.

How long will that stick last? All my joys yet started to work berserk after months of use.

That's pure sci-fi. :wtf: I'd have to train for weeks to get used to all those buttons and whatever functions they might have. My simple Logitech stick sometimes makes me mix up buttons, and it has far less than this monster.

I have one of those - pity I didn't read the package more closely before I bought it: 'Windows only' Gah!

Anyone want one, brand new, cheap?

for the average freespacer a hotas design might seem overkill. but for a fligtsimmer it is perfect. would be better with a set of rudder pedals (its a ***** to fly a choper with out any)  and a ful set of engine control levers (a spitfire is not equipped with automatic fuel injection). but hey, atleast i have an axis for my trim and my spoilers.

If somebody gave me $130, buying a joystick would not even go into consideration. That's too expensive to my ears, maybe because I am not used to such high prices.

You'd have to get a lot of use out of a joystick before considering paying that. Personally, I wouldn't, but that's cos I never use my joystick (so long as I have 4 buttons and a hat switch, I'm happy).

But it's like most things.  Take, for example, football boots.  Most people would only pay 30-50 quid for a pair.  But if you;re playing frequently at a decent level, you'd be a lot more willing to stump up for the £80+ ones.
