gravitons are the only non-detected intermedia field particle, just because they haven't been detected doesn't mean they dont exists, if you look at the comparitive strenfth of the Gravity Force in comparision with the Strong, Electrical and Magnetic it's insanely weak
if you use Strong as a 1 then Gravitational has a x10^-32 after it's main number.
In all probability the graviton is less reactive and smaller than the neutrino

Was that physics?? Because I don't understand a thing you're saying (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/biggrin.gif)

By that logic, just because we can't detect Phlosphogen in the air doesn't mean it doesn't exist, and just because we can't detect Aether doesn't mean it doesn't exist, and so on.
You must have been really bored to search through pages of Word Association for stuff to nitpick. (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

Gravitons aren't junk science, neither are tachyons. They are simply particles that may or may not exist, we do not have proof for or against them. They are certainly possible, given our current understanding of physics.

I wonder how much it costs to discover if all these things exist or not. Several millions of dollars I would imagine.

Dictionary.com has the following definitions...
Graviton: A hypothetical particle postulated to be the quantum of gravitational interaction and presumed to have an indefinitely long lifetime, zero electric charge, and zero rest mass.
Quantum:
4.Physics.
a.The smallest amount of a physical quantity that can exist independently, especially a discrete quantity of electromagnetic radiation.
b.This amount of energy regarded as a unit.
This makes slightly more sense (I had envisioned gravitons on an electron-like level), so I will concede the point.

wrong. i was using the fact that Gravitons are field force intermediaries, and the three other field forces have detected intermediaries
