You can now vote for multiple campaigns if you can't choose. Hope you like this one. I'm also downloading Warzone. Now shut up and vote. :)

Oh yeah, I just bought the Star Wars Trilogy on DVD. It flippin' rocks!!! It's almost like it's in HD! IIRC, it wasn't this good with the VHS versions. Digitally restored and remastered!

I voted for the old FS2 campaign, just to be fair.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
Bump the RR release thread or send me a PM about what you did not like and what you liked. I need feedback, because I received little of it.

Now this is more like it. And I don't care that this has been done before! *Eyes poll* 9 votes for derelict! I wasn't expecting that...

I voted for the main FS2 campaign.

Homesick was fun.

Unholly Aliance was cool. It had A TON of missions and lots of pretty colorful nebuli.

Derelict was nice. My only gripe with it was how the Lucifer was put into the campaign. I view that the Lucifer was a one of a kind ship. If it turned out to be a fleet of them, it will ruin the coolness of the FS1 campaign.

Warzone was neat. My first fs2 campagn I downloaded.

Deus Ex Machina is funny.

Renegade Ressurgence haven't played. :( (I will TopAce)

Aeos Afair I haven't played.

The Templar campaign was soso.

TopAce, I played some of your campaign but got stuck on the mission where you have to capture the base. Whether or not the Argo docked, the base kept getting blown up and I kept loosing the mission. I think I got annoyed at some point and then took a hiatus from FS for a while (not because of your campaign mind you, probably more because HLP crashoed), when I played some other old games of mine like U5 and MOO!

It can't happen! I tested that mission hundreds of times and I am sure a problem like that MUST NOT[/u] come up. Which build are you using? I suggest you try the old 3.6 build. That is the only build I had chance to test the missions with. If post-3.6 builds made any changes in gameplay and you played with that build(or above), we have found the problem. I suspect the GTGs Evidence destroys the base with her beams, right?
I can re-test the mission once or twice(or even ten times) for you, just tell me what happens if you run the old 3.6 build.

Um, I think I'm running the FS2 retail version. I'll check it out and see what's up, but I dont think it was the ship with the beams but rather something else. It's been a while since I played it.

I know I wrote it in the readme that you can run the campaign with Retail, but I was wrong.
Title: My Revised Poll
Post by: Akalabeth Angel on November 29, 2004, 11:18:20 am
Okay, well I managed to get all the way to that point running it in retail, as after I re-installed it I did get the weapons to work. It's just the one mission that's annoying. Maybe I'll just code it so that I can pass the mission no problems.

That was a hiccup... Get used to them, because every so often, the forum catches Pnemonia and disappears for a month or so...

For nothing you are fool, since there is no vote bumping, it does not matter. These are my two cents.

what is it with the vote bumpin?
Title: My Revised Poll
Post by: karajorma on December 04, 2004, 12:22:05 pm
Vote bumping was a forum problem a while back.

If someone voted on a thread from a year or two back the forum would consider that a new post and pump the old thread back to the top of the forum. This is not a good thing cause it can ignite old arguments etc.

Not to mention it being incredibly annoying because it generally takes a little while to realise that the thread you're reading isn't new.

That's cause I've been feeding you tranquilsers on the sly for the past year so that the fantastic wonderfulness that is MindGames doesn't melt your mind. ;)

Seriously though I find it an annoying waste of my time.
