How to assign a squadron logo for the player's wing?

And

How to use the other two head anis? Like the one where pilot dies?

Squadron logos are assigned by wing for other wings, but for the player the logo is whatever the player's logo happens to be, for single missions.

The only way to change it is to do so via the option in the campaign editor, if you're making a campaign.

So... What about the head anis? I tried to browse and choose the Head-TP1c in FRED2, but in game it doesn't work....
