Well, we've all been hearing about how people in the US army have to scrounge for parts and armor, so my dad tells me today that a woman came into his shop. This woman is fifty five years old, and looks it. And guess what? She's going to Iraq. She's part of a local National Gaurd troop of about 50 soldiers, and they just got called up to go fight.

OH God, their letting the Dogs out now....
Grannies are the most destructive force known to man.....
-
I'm actually writing about this in our next school paper. Go me!
-
Fresh-Baked Cookies...Those Iraqis won't be able to resist. They'll dig in.
And thats when the cyanide starts to kick in...
-
If they're anything like my Nan's cakes, even if the Iraqis aren't hungry, you could probably load them into a mortar and do moderate structural damage with them ;7

lol, well a fifty y/o anything would be exactly sent to the Sunni triangle I doubt. I, personally, would like to know what her training is in.

Methinks she's not going to the front lines. Nevertheless, :shaking:

There are no frontlines.

supply convoies have been the hardest things hit.
she'd probly be safer on the 'front'.

You know what I mean. I don't think she's gonna go with the patrols in Mosul or Falluja or Baghdad or Tikrit or anything. I mean, I could see her in like a supply role, collecting & organizing and whatnot... just because you're in the army, doesn't mean you're out marching with the troops, rifle in hand, finger on the trigger.
-
Like Bob said, supply convoys are actually the most dangerous place to be.
-
Points to Bobboaus post.
-
...what have I done?
both Rictor AND Gank are agreeing with me. :shaking:
