Has this (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,25290.0.html)  problem been figured out yet? If not, no biggie. Just curious.

Officially, they remain unsupported.

Unofficially, try the new 3.6.5 beta.

Thanks Setekh. You're like the dozenth person to welcome me since I got here (and this is only my sixth post!). Never seen a more friendly community.

Thanks Coolmon, I'll try that out.

It is partially fixed.  The important stuff (targetting info, lead indicator, warning triangles) is fixed but the pretty stuff isn't.  Pretty stuff being things like objective messages and other text that doesn't actually affect gameplay if it's in the wrong place.

Well, that's pretty darned cool.  It will make the HotU version playable at 1024x768 without having to find the sparky_hi somewhere.  Should be darned pretty too, thanks to all the nice texturing work you boys have been up to.

The lead indicator works now correctly, but the missile lock-on triangle still is homing somewhere off-target, so locking on Maras is a bit tricky....but yeah, it's playable.
