I don't think it is necessary to better describe the question, it is self-explanatory.
I deem myself to be on level 3.

Were you apart of Blackout 2003?

It wasn't a problem. I just wish more of my friends were in the city at the time cause I would have been partying. Instead, I hung out with my family and neighbors which isn't half bad either.

Pretty much sums it up for me. I spend most of my comp. time in MAX nowadays though, which isn't a complete waste of time. Not that I have much to show for it like. :sigh:
