What d'you reckon?
UK weather forecast reckons the North/Mid West will be snowy; I hope so, tis a lot better than more bloody rain :D
-
Well, it just snowed here yeaterday so, most likely, i hope.
-
Yes it will snow. Yes I'll end up on ma arse trying to clear the driveway. ;)
-
I think the odds are slightly on the low side.....
-
I doubt it will snow in glasgow, though it has been frost lately. Hopefully when I'm back home in mighty Aberdeenshire it will be a white christmas.
-
never snows here. We measure our annual freezing weather in hours.
-
Snow already began to fall this morning around Paris :)
-
Not a chance. I'm right in the Gulfstream, about 3 miles from the coast...
-
I live in Helsinki. Not a chance.

There might be snow on 24th. At least everything is beautifully white right now.
-
It's white now. Of course knowing the average weather in Estonia, it'll be all gone by tomorrow morning.
And then in january, we'll get a cold wave that would freeze a bigfoot.
-
Not in Texas...
-
Here in Poland>Radom city right now is snowing..but its quite warm +1 C soo i don't think that snow stays to 24th:sigh:
I hate Christmas without snow

They're probably down the leisure centre, tied to the pole.

and defrosting the car. no doubt...:sigh:

It was 14F here on monday, so it's gonna be truly madly cold here but, I doubt it'll snow. We haven't had any real accumulation since '93, then we got about 6". It completely shut down the entire north end of the state for the better part of a week. Of course this is Alabama, there a bread and milk shortage every time the weather guys even think the word snow.

I don't really get the whole sheepshagger thing, I mean surely there are more sheep in the western isles, for instace. A joke about fishing, or the lucrative oil industry would be more relevant.
Its a fairly unispired stereotype.
The question is: If it snows in glasgow, how would... (insert joke here about neds/shipbuilders/rangers/celtic/britains poorest city)
-
Baa-humbug.
-
Its been 8 years since its snowed in houston at all so I would have to say no.
-
For a change, we might actually get snow this year. There's supposed to be a nice little cold snap (starting tonight) and a bit of snow fall coming in with it. If it does snow, it'll stay cold enough for a white Christmas.
But then, I know better than to hope for it. We almost never get a serious snow in December.
-
Here in Portland it almost never snows.
-
Snow? Yeah, it's here, and I hate it.
-
I don't mind it. On the rare occations it does snow around here classes are almost always cancelled. :D
-
I HATE SNOW!
-
I'd love for it to snow, but the last time it snowed here was in 1945.

Or find all the places that show our history of basically being the industrial powerhouse of the empire... aye.
-
We have snow on the ground now... It may last until Christmas, but I doubt it'll actually snow more, as they've been predicting warmer weather*
*= warmer meaning +20 deg F, not warm warm...
-
It's going to be a white Christmas here :)
Love this holiday :)
-
We're scheduled to get about 15 inches of powder in the next day or two. So yeah, it's gonna be a white christmas.

And its gone downhill so much now? :wtf:
-
There is about twenty centimeters snow here right now and we can expect more before christmas, so I guess we will have a white christmas.
-
Clear Skies for KT.
-
Holy crap, it's snowing in Texas...
-
Cor blimey govnor.
(My cousin lives in Texas, actually..........)
-
It's not that half-assed sleet either, its really thick snow. Covers our lawn like a blanket. I'm going to run around in it and relive my moments of glee and "weeeee"
Excuse me.
