Wal-Mart spokesman Gus Whitcomb declined comment Thursday, saying the number is "part of a protective order by the court, so we're going to allow the court to rule on this matter."
Ha! I like that. "We're going to allow them to rule on this matter"... ****ing corporations.
As for the kiddie-fiddling, wouldn't surprise me. It's a crappy, unskilled, low-paid job. Not much else you can get if you're an offender....

Isn't this him (the attorney) basically bad mouthing Walmart in order to get a more sympathetic jury when it comes to compensation? ( By making it look like they're sheltering kiddy fiddlers)
Because obviously they won't voluntarily release the records; because any number of registered sex offenders working at their store will be too many to the public.
