Ok, I guess that has already been asked, but what plugin should I get to do those effects?

If I knew, I'd say.  But my copy of 3.0 seems to have them already.

Just use the standard Lens Effects video post plugins that are shipped with MAX. You'll get as good a result as it gets. No point using external plugins...

But they take an extremely long time to render a scene depending on how much lens glow effect you use and the power of your PC.
