Makes you wonder though, why didn't he work some instakill mojo those besotted smurfs.  He seemed wizard enough.

a good set of size 12's woulda done the job as well :p

He tried that several times as I recall.  Smurfs are fairly hand with a length of rope as I recall.

yes, just like Ewoks.

and also, he didn't know where the smurf village was.
