Thorn's picture there on the other hand shows real snow.

I'd show you the scene out my window but my digital camera is broken. At least its stopped...the rain, snow, freezing rain, and ice pellet mix is over for the moment.

Driving is sort of "fun" at the moment.

It's snowing here too :D

And Aldo, that rain is going to freeze sooner or later when it hits the ground. In order for it to snow (and have it stay), both the atmosphere and the ground has to be below freezing.

It was really, really bad during the winter of 2000, I had a driveway that was a good 50+ meters long (don't ask).

What bit are you in? I got exactly 1mm of snow (on the bits where it stuck), it's been clear skies the last 2 days......
