Im not too sure if any of yall know who this is, but if youve watched american football in the past 10 years you should. Died of a massive heart attack

One of the all time best defensive lineman and prolly one of the better people in sports

nah no steroids, i heard he had a heart condition i think

nah i think he retired like 3/4 years ago

the NFL's steroid testing policy is pretty good, so i doubt it

This really shocked me.  I believe he was a minister or whatever so I don't think he really did drugs or anything.  I heard on ESPN it may have been sleep apnea that caused a heart attack.
