Title: Custom SL ship needs a good FS2 styled name

Well this is Gag's version the the Viper Mark II based of the old Battlestar Galatica Colonial Viper. But of course that's not a fitting FS2 name. Suggestions?

I researched a bunch of potential ship names a while ago- here's some that might work.

BTW, that is a sweet ship. What kind of performance are you going to give it?


Names:
Alecto: One of several Furies.
Aquilo: One of several Winds.
Erebus: Spirit of darkness; son of Chaos.
Proteus: Sea god; assumed various shapes when called on to prophesy.
Atropos (Fury Cutter of thread)
Aurora: Roman Equivalent of Eos.(Goddess of Dawn)
Astraea: Goddess of Justice; daughter of Zeus and Themis
Theseus: Son of Aegeus; slew Minotaur; married and deserted Ariadne; later married Phaedra.

Before I got FS2, I had been planning to design a fighter called the Aeolus(another name on a longer list I have.) So much for that idea.   (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

Here ("http://www.nameandfame.com/greek1.html")is a good list of greek and roman names that can be/have been used. I think I've found all of the good ones though....

Another greek name is the GTF Hephaestus. That would only work if it was an assault or a heavy fighter though and I don't know if it's been taken.
