Some friends and I were in a EB Games just before Christmas and they bought this game called Firestarter (for PC) because they thought it looked good and it was only $5 Cdn, pretty cheap for a game that was released early 2004. I just borrowed and played it today....it has to be the most retarded game I've ever played. Granted the rendering and textures are pretty good but there is no AI to speak of. Every enemy just runs towards you and/or shoots at you. Almost every enemy encounter causes time to slow down, I don't know why and blood squirts out of enemies when they get shot in a brief 'stream' that looks like a a red ribbon. Guns don't need reloading either. This is just a stupid rip-off of Quake.

And you are pissed off? Imagine how your friends must be, and for that kind of money and name, not to mention screens, you shouldn't be expecting much :p
