Game from Sierra, imagine Dungeon Keeper 2 meets James Bond with Dexters Laboratory thrown in. Commit acts of infamy to gain cash and attract the attention of world powers. Hire henchmen and train them up to interogate and torture captured agents (or indeed holidaymakers or anyone else who's around) and build complex traps with monkeys and lasers to stop James Bond wannabees from sabotaging your base....
Just bought it today, and so far.... it rocks :D
