All TGA's are 1024 x 1024
They should all be useable ingame, I'm trying to get together some decent skybox-type ones as well, I'll post them in here as I go along :)

I've got an idea that may let me do less spherical-looking nebulas, I'll keep practicing and see what I come up with :)

Nice looking actually...could easily be turned into some kickass looking poofs.

Lightwave, right? Looks pretty decent, but you have the same problem I had with my LW nebulae. While pretty and colorful, they lack any shape or form to make them really good. As Solatar said they can be very good as nebula effects. The TBP hyperspace is made with these :)

Middle one looks like the real deal. But it needs stars. :p

Meh, Freespace always looks odd with some stars blurring and some not :p

Stars need to be rendered by the game engine.
Someone *cough cough* wanted to code a better star generation code for the game. :)
