Alright, some loser wants to put Maine into the atlantic time zone. I don't like it. It's a totally stupid idea. I rest my case. *goes to search for proof*
idea=:no:
made my point? *continues searching and shuts up*

Agreed. Who's the loser?
-
are you in maine?
-
Me? No, but I have a number of friends who live up there and I think the idea of them being on a different time zone is ludicrous.
-
Why can't we all just switch to global UTC time?... :(
-
UTC?
-
Time starts in Greenwich, London.
As for Maine, that depends on geography. If the sun is coming up there a couple of hours before EST for example (I don't know the zones over there btw) then they should logically change the time zone..
-
It doesnt even really make sense geographically. The border of New Brunswick is basically the edge of the Atlantic time zone IIRC.

It's bloody stupid if you ask me. That's like making California part of the Mountain time zone.

Having lengthily and carefully considered this issue, I have come to the conclusion I couldn't really give a ****.

I laugh at the truth behind his words.

Well, guys...thanks for contributing nothing to this discussion. We appreciate your input.

well you gotta figure this is really a regional problem. People from other parts of the world prolly dont care. Im in the central time zone and that's not changing, why do i care what Maine is doing?
