Title: Installation problem

Right, I've searched the forums for the answer for my problems but couldn't find it.

So my problem is this: I've 300mb on my windows drive and whenever I try to run TBP-Base-3_0.exe to install the base it tries to install it all through the hd where windows is located and eventually runs out of space and quits.  So what I'm asking is if that is there a .rar or any other way that I could just extract the installer without having to go through the drive where my windows is so I could actually play? I'm not really feeling like I'm up to reinstalling windows and all that. :/
