Title: No Backgrounds in FRED2_Open

Apparently, no backgrounds show up in FRED2_Open. My guess would that this has got to do with jpg/tga support not being included in FRED2.

So, what say you?

It's fred2_open issue, not TBP.
All effects and maps have pcx included as well, for now.

Ah, I'll try using an earlier version of FRED2_open then. I may have one of those lying around somewhere
