Hey guys. My web is acting really funny lately...I have a DSL-like download speed (pages usually take about 5 seconds to completely load), but my upload speed is completely atrotious. I can't acces my email or upload pictures to photobucket because it's so slow. I try to upload to photobucket and it takes about a full minute, then it finally says "This document contains no data". My Gmail account is the slowest thing I've ever seen, taking up to a full minute to load my inbox.

Can someone tell me what I might be able to do?

Check Google for "bandwidth speed test" or the like. Run a few different tests to get representative results. Maybe your ISP got issues, or they're limiting certain ports.

Edit : I found this (http://www.dslreports.com/stest) test to be quite okay.

Maybe they're just assholes.

Mine's like 750K down, 128K up. ****ers.
