My suggestion on the textures is to decrease the repeats across the surface and try and match the texture up along the top and bottom (sort of like a seam). Use a standard grey hull platting like on the Deimos.

I set the repeats has Ace requested for his textures. Alot of it went Fubar as I'd set one area to align a new map correctly another would simply freak.
But I'm going to toy around with the demios maps and see how she looks, I'll post a pic to compare them.

More tweaks on the textures will occur.
Edit: After talking with Warlock, a hybrid of my textures and the Deimos will be used. He'll use my fighterbay and engine textures, while the Deimos for the main hull.
The textures seen in the above image I will further tweak to use in the future.

The tower front window texture looks strange, like you had set the repeats the wrong way.
Otherwise it's excellent.

The latest Deimos style textures are starting to look good.
The previous Deimos version you posted had some texture warping near the front and back, but this new one looks quite good.

Unfortunatly in game the top/bottom ofthe engine section isn't showing up. MV32 sees it perfectly. And it's using the same texture as 90% of the main hull (which works). So I think the UV by face in that area got fubared majorly.
