Does anyone know where I can download a NFS:U1 and NFS:U2 music trax(in .mp3 or other winamp read format)???

You can extract them from the game IIRC.

Give me a sec.

EDIT : You can extract the soundtrack for the first one. Maybe the second. Can't give you a link to the soundtracks cause I believe they are actually for sale still.
