It was an attempt at live footage. I've seen battlestar galactica this week and it's somewhat similar, the camera idea.

That fighter is a carbon copy of the Starlancer "Patriot". I think´s it´s the Patriot, could be the Phoenix, i can´t remember. But it´s really really close to it.

Yeah, I've never seen anything even remotely like the Vampire.  It's a really cool design, though it's a shame that all we ever got was a basic POF.

The shaking camera on the vid is good, but it wants more rotation on the fighters to prevent the illusion that it's the big ship moving under the fighters rather than vice versa.

Swamp_Thing: the ezechiel was indeed inspired from a videogame, but not from starlancer, and I will make a ship to the one who manages to guess which one :p

Unless I'm much mistaken Corsair's post originally praised Phreak. He obviously edited that pretty quickly but... :D

There's no talent to have to give your opinion :p
I suppose you're having your opinions on the movies you've seen, yet I doubt you're a movie director or anything :)
It's just a matter of "I like" or "I don't like", in the end.
